1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be in its original condition

• Have all original tags attached

• Be returned in its original packaging

• Include proof of purchase

Please do not send any items back before receiving return instructions from us.

2. Return Shipping

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrectly delivered, or otherwise required by applicable law, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please send returns only to the return address provided by our customer service team.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at GemmaJones525@gmail.com and provide your order number and relevant photos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Perishable goods

• Used or worn products

• Products without original tags or packaging

• Gift cards

• Sale or discounted items, where permitted by applicable law

These provisions do not affect any mandatory consumer rights provided under applicable law.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order after your return has been approved.

6. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The withdrawal period and applicable conditions are governed by the applicable EU consumer protection laws.

This statutory right of withdrawal is separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We will process approved refunds within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
